Bylaws

Our bylaws determine timelines and procedures for membership meetings, elections and general running and organization of our local. They were drafted edited and approved by members in the summer of 2024.

These bylaws were certified by members on 8/26/24, and are currently in effect while awaiting final approval by the UAW International Executive Board.

The Constitution of this Local Union is the Constitution of the International Union, UAW, and these Bylaws are in all respects subordinate to said Constitution and all applications and interpretations thereof.
