Bargaining Center

Bargaining is the means by which we advocate for the issues most important to us at the negotiations table. It is a participatory, democratic processand every member gets to weigh in on our goals, our strategies, and our power. Bargaining is as much about building our collective power together as much as it is about negotiating with university admin, and if we want a strong contract, we need every member involved and ready to mobilize.

Check back here for more ways to stay up to date and get involved in the bargaining process!

Bargaining Committee

The bargaining committee is an elected group of members whose responsibility is to bargain with the university administration.

The positions below are based roughly on what percentages of our unit are in each college.

Help develop our bargaining strategy!

If you have specific ideas about how to improve/address an issue we are bargaining about, or why a particular issue is important, let us know here

This will help the bargaining committee develop informed proposals and evaluate counter-proposals from the administration.
